SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Apply here with your full paper (up to 6 pages, max 8 pages).
– You can apply directly to the Journals from the list. Only SEEJSD is with payment (50 Euro) while the others are free of charge and indexed in several databases. You will need to select which Journal you apply. In your research paper you should include all the comments and suggestions you received for your research study during your conference presentation. Please reference properly.
– Please follow closely the format of the paper required which is technical requirement. All papers that are not in the TEMPLATE paper format Journal from ACM, will be rejected automatically. Until 6 pages are considered as the normal paper, while maximum 8 pages are allowed for each paper, and additional pages are subject of payment for some Journals.
– When you deliver the system will confirm that we have received the paper. No other email will be sent to you, until after the second review report for acceptance /rejection of the paper, by beginning of April. The Journal volume with the papers will be published after the editing from design office by the end of June, or by end of August for those Journals that have more papers that needs revisions. If your paper is accepted you will be notified by email and will be provided reviewer comments that sometimes require to make considerable improvements to be accepted. All paper are checked for Plagiarism and authors will be informed for that as well.
– The publishing fee for the SEEJSD Journal is 50 Euro.
– All other Journals connected with the conference have no fee and are free of charge.
Please deliver your Journal Paper in MS Word format (doc, docx) using the this TEMPLATE which is based on standard ACM Journal Template. Your paper firstly will be checked for technical issues regarding the format of the paper. If it is fine, it will be send to be checked for Plagiarism. If plagiarism is larger then 20% your paper will be declined for publishing. If it is fine, it will be sent to at least 2 anonymous reviewers. After the review process which usually lasts a little more than 1.5 month, because of all checkups and administration processes, you will be contacted by email for results.
